2. Who can use this LED face mask?

While our mask is non-invasive and suitable for almost all skin types, we recommend consulting your doctor before use if you have an active skin condition (like eczema or psoriasis). This device is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

You should also avoid LED light therapy if you have an underlying eye condition or are taking light-sensitizing medications (such as the antibiotic doxycycline), as this can cause eye irritation or injury.

3. Will light therapy make my skin thinner?

No, quite the opposite! Red light therapy actually stimulates the fibroblasts in your skin, boosting the natural production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. While designed primarily for facial skin, the mask is completely safe to use over beards. If you're targeting bearded areas, we highly recommend the Red Light + Near-Infrared (NIR) mode. 7. Will the remote controller get warm during use?

Yes, this is completely normal. The mask operates at 10W of power, which naturally causes the controller to warm up to about 45°C (113°F). This is entirely safe, will not cause skin burns, and poses no safety or melting risks.

8. Will light leak into my eyes?

You might notice some light around the edges when you first put the mask on, but it won't feel glaring once you start your session. To minimize any light gaps, simply press the nose bridge area of the mask inward to customize the fit to your face shape.

9. Can I use this over a wet sheet mask, and how do I clean it?

Absolutely! Our mask is built with a double-layer waterproof light board. If you want to layer it over your favorite wet sheet mask, go right ahead. After your session, simply wipe the inside of the mask down thoroughly with a damp cloth or a wet wipe.

10. What do the light indicators on the controller mean?

11. Is this mask safe for darker skin tones?
